Black Gold Article

This article was really interesting because I never knew that this was how they made extensions and that it is made in China.Reading this article was kind of weird because the hair on wigs are hair from people who spent their whole lives growing their hairs and probably getting forced to cut it off, somewhere in the article it says that a man is looking for girls with really long hair.

The purpose of this article is letting the world know how the wigs and extension are made,the other purpose of the this article is knowing that this is what happens in China most of the times.Another purpose is that children are put in this situation and their parents are okay with it like for e.g Qingwen liu(14 year) she was put in this situation but the thing is she didn’t want to do it she was forced by Shaoyun(Man Looking for hair).

Because everyone always want to go to the salon and get their hair trimmed off or want extensions and other things.Another reason is that they are selling it for a lot these days and china is getting a lot of money just by selling other people's hair,and also tell other that it might or might not happen to them.

I think that if this never happened in the society then nobody would ever have to risk their live growing their hairs and getting forced to cut their hairs of and selling it.Another thing is that no one would have ever went to the salon and got extensions,Also little girls wouldn’t be forced to let other people cut their hairs.

Should We Drink Fizzy?

SHOULD WE DRINK FIZZY?

My opinion is that we should not drink fizzy because it’s not healthy for us.

My first reason is that fizzy drinks make your heart beat faster than normal heartbeat.The caffeine in a fizzy drink is a stimulant and can keep your heart working harder for up to 15 minutes.  Drinking 3 cans of fizzy drink can increase the chance of heart disease.

The second reason that fizzy drinks are bad for you is that they can lead you to diabetes.Drinking 2 cans of fizzy drink can increase the chance of liver damage.The sweetness of the fizzy can cause premature birth in pregnant women.  

The third reason that fizzy drinks are bad for you.It can change your brain and it would lead to hyperactivity.Fizzy drinks can make us fat and can increase our risk of  cancer by drinking 2 sugary soft drinks.

Fizzy drinks are bad for us because they are not healthy and bad for us.

Maths With Whole Class (Fractions)

My Technology Reflection

Today for technology we went to Tamaki College The Year 8 were in pewter casting,there was only one person who finished but just needs to polish it,It was Paige I just need to cut it out with the sewer and then put the pewter in it.

I Heard a Whisper

I Heard a whisper but no one was there

One Dark Spooky Night at 9:30pm,We were walking in a dark alley way, going back home just came back from the movies with my two best friends Ajani and Paris W we were walking and walking ,until we heard a whisper coming for the back of us .We were wondering who was there,we were all saying “Hello is Anyone there” but no one answered so we started walking back home and we heard the whisper again this time we heard what it said it said “Help Me Please” Ajani Was scared and she Said “let go see what was there because I want to go help that person” so we were walking towards the place, where the whispered happened but no one was there so Paris W and Ajani were upset.

We looked at our Iphones and the time was 11:30pm so we decided to walk back the way we were going and the problem was that Ajani and Paris W Said “Come on let's sit and wait until we hear the whisper so we sat and waited and waited 1 hr later it was 12:00pm waiting and waiting then we heard the whisper again it said “Help Me I’m in danger Help” we were running as fast as we could but we didn’t see anyone anywhere so I decided to tell Paris W and Ajani so let’s call it a night to remember so scary when we were walking home just 5 mins away from home,someone was calling Ajani she answered the phone and it said “Why didn’t you help me I was in danger and so are you and your friends”

Ajani was so scared she ran as fast as she could back home she was screaming down the neighborhood, everyone woke up and wasn’t happy so Paris W and I were walking back home and hoping that the person that was whispering was safe (Walking and Walking opened the door of the house) we went into our room and Ajani was in her bed scared and shaking,we asked her who was on the phone, and what did they say was it bad? (Ajani Answered) It was that person that was whispering they said “Why didn’t you help me I was in danger and so are you and your friends”

Paris W and I Gasped, We were hiding under the cover sheets on our bed and were scared so were left the light on in our room we were so scared that we cried and cried until we looked at the time and it was Sunday Morning at 3:00am in the morning crying so we decided to watch television and while we were watching we all fell asleep dreaming and dreaming hoping that it will never ever happen again.

T.P.S Picnic Day

One hot sunny bright day at T.P.S we had a whole school Picnic we had families over and heaps of us were happy about the day there were Bouncy Castles,A Water slide,Spongebob Squeeze,Softball & Volleyball,Ice Blocks and many More when it was 1:00pm.

We all got to go and have some fun everyone went to the water slide Nita and I went to Mrs Manuyag and Took her dog Kalila for a walk around the school we were running and running until Mrs Fepuleai came out with the volleyball net everyone started to go and play volley Nita decided to go play volley and I took Kalila for a walk she got tired so I picked her up and walked with while she was in my hands.

When I was Walking Everyone from the classes upstairs and downstairs were having a water fight everyone was running around trying to get each other Falakika (Nita’s Sister) and I we walking and I felt Something so Cold that I nearly Died I looked back and saw that Kenneth Was the one who wet me, I didn’t do anything so kika and I we walking and then I saw Paige wondering why she wasn’t doing anything she Picked up Kalila and I asked her “do you want to look after her”? she said “Yes” so when I gave Kalila to Paige, Falakika went with her while Paige had Kalila I started playing Water fight with my Friends and we all got the teachers.

Everyone started to wet me so I told them free shot and then October free shotted me and then I ran away with Ajani & Frances  and then Jason was running to me and Said “Free Shot aye free shot Right” I was like “Yeah Go do it not” so we all running,Raechal and I went up to Miss Aireen and asked “Miss If We Wet You Would We get Into Detention” then she said “yes yes yous will be in big trouble” then It was time for us to get everything packed up and we had to pick up rubbish.Then we all met up as a syndicate senior assembly outside we were all wet and soaking.

 For Technology Today We went to Tamaki College we went into our groups that we were last week today I was in the same group and we had to design our necklace we had to choose 4 people to make a necklace for but we only choose one to make a necklace for so here are my 4 choices MRs Manuyag (Art Teacher)  Paige (BFF) Raechal (Other Bff) and Vavae (Cousin) It is hard to choose from the best people so I Think I should Do it for Mrs Manuyag She been the best Art Teacher So We Will Choose a symbol that represent that person and we have to make that symbol and then we have to make shiny and look perfect.
