Chocolate Muffins with Lemon Icing

Chocolate Muffin Step by Step

1 - 2 cups of Self Raising Flour
2 - 1 Cup of3 - ½ c of oil4 - 1 c of milk5 - 1 egg6 - ¼ c of cocoa7 - Combine all and mix well, scoop into the muffin tray8 - Bake 180 degrees for 15 minutes
Icing Ingredients/Steps:1) Half Lemon (If No taste of Lemon add other half)2) Vanilla Essence
3)Cream4) Whip all the ingredients together make sure it looks fluffy.When done mixing add into pipping bag and apply to muffins.
Today me and my group and I made chocolate muffins, with Lemon Icing.I hope you use the steps to make yourself some Chocolate Muffins.



Here's a photo of our Muffins with Icing, Some of the Muffins we did not put any icing because we only wanted to have half and half. So that we could taste which was better.
